Challenges
The client didn't have a professional website that represented their brand and wanted to build a website that is visually appealing, professional and include advanced functionality such as integrating the site with their CRM and their job board web application. The site also needed to have complex CMS where their marketing team can add team members, articles and posts without having to interact with the front-end. Keeping in mind the site navigation, accessibility and the user experience.
The solution
I designed the site user interface based on the client brand guidelines and market analysis. the new design empowers health, wellness, safety and professionalism. I designed the product user experience and site navigation ensuring accessibility, I also ensured that the website is fully responsive on all devices, including mobile, tablet, and desktop, I also completed the necessary CRM integrations and optimized the site for search engines.
The process
- UX analysis and UI redesign
The first step was conducting a UX analysis to identify the user pain points, create the user flow and design the entire user experience and site navigation. I also conducted a competitor analysis to cope with the top market leaders and industry standards. Then we moved to the design phase in Figma. Inspired from the client's branding, market positioning and the top UI trends.
- Webflow development
I created the new designs in Webflow. I completed the necessary integrations. I made sure that the website is pixel-perfect responsive in all screens (Desktop - Tablet and Mobile) views. I optimized the site speed (SSO) and I also optimized the site for search engines (SEO)
- Go High Level CRM integration
After completion of the GHL CRM integration, I created and embeded the necessary forms and calendars. And finally created the necessary workflows for the requested affiliate campaigns.
End result
The tailored user flow enhanced the site navigation and overall user experience, The site was successfully launched, the site traffic was increased and the intuitive design increased clients engagement, the number of applications and the conversion rate, also the CRM integrations provided the team with better visibility, communication and control over their clients.

With 15 years of Radiology and Executive Recruiting experience, They lead with integrity and compassion. Their objective is to fully understand the needs of their clients and candidates to provide effective solutions that meet both business and professional goals.
My role
I worked with Super Tech Staffing team to optimize and elevate their user experience, establish a new visual style for their website based on their brand guidelines, redesign most of the website pages, develop those new pages on Webflow and create a bunch of CMS features that would make it easier for the marketing team to make edits to the website without having to interact with the front-end. I also integrated Go High Level CRM forms and calendars in the website. Finally, I optimized the site speed and optimized the website for search engines.
