Challenges
The client had a new market penetration strategy and wanted to position themselves as luxury gym while maintaining the strength and persistence in their identity. Also The site had complex functionalities linked to each facility which needed advanced CMS development to improve the site navigation, accessibility and user experience.
The solution
I redesigned the site user interface based on the client new market positioning, the new design empowers luxury, strength and persistence, I re designed the product user experience, site navigation and accessibility, I also ensured that the website is fully responsive on all devices, including mobile, tablet, and desktop, I also completed the necessary integrations and optimized the site for search engines.
The process
- UX analysis and UI redesign
The first step was conducting a UX analysis to identify the user pain points and redesign the entire user experience and site navigation. I also conducted a competitor analysis to cope with the top market leaders and industry standards. Then we moved to re design phase in Figma. Inspired from the client's branding, market positioning and the top UI trends.
- Webflow development
I created the new designs in Webflow. I completed the necessary integrations. I made sure that the website is pixel-perfect and responsive in all screens (Desktop - Tablet and Mobile) views. I optimized the site speed (SSO) and I also optimized the site for search engines (SEO)
- Go High Level CRM integration
After completion of the GHL CRM integration, I created the necessary workflows, sales funnels and sales pipelines for a couple of programs such as referral program, reviews program and other affiliate programs.
- Zapier Automation
After completion of the site and the related integrations, We needed to fetch data from the GYM management app (Wodify) to Go High Level to be used in certain GHL workflows requested by the customer and we used Zapier as our automation tool to pull the requested data.
End result
The enhanced user flow resulted into a better site navigation and overall user experience, The site was successfully launched, the site traffic was increased and the intuitive design increased clients engagement and the number of applications, also the CRM integrations provided the team with better visibility, communication and control over their clients.

About the project
Persistence Culture is a US cross fit gym. They began as a small, passionate endeavor with a belief in the power of persistence. Today, they have rapidly grown into a thriving community of individuals who are striving daily to do better in all aspects of life. They expanded to have 5 facilities in California and they offer a wide range of trainings and classes. Persistence culture utilizes their website to enhance their online presence, share their ideas and grow their community. Clients use the site to read articles about health, fitness and nutrition and to check their training's schedule and many more functionalities.
My role
I worked with the Persistence culture team to optimize and elevate their user experience, establish a new visual style for their website, redesign most of the website pages, develop those new pages on Webflow and create a bunch of CMS features that would make it easier for the marketing team to make edits to the website without having to interact with the front-end. I also integrated Go High Level CRM in the new site, created sales funnels, sales pipelines and a number of automated workflows to engage leads in promotions and affiliate programs. Finally, I optimized the website for search engines.
