I collaborated with the InCourage team to design a user-centric website that captures the essence of their brand and engages their community. I led the complete redesign, creating an intuitive user experience and a modern visual style to reflect InCourage’s commitment to empowerment through martial arts. I developed the site in Webflow, ensuring it was fully responsive across all devices, and I implemented a content management system to enable the team to easily manage content updates. InCourage Martial Arts sought to enhance their online presence to better reflect their commitment to empowering individuals through martial arts. The existing website lacked a cohesive design and user-friendly navigation, which hindered potential clients from accessing information about programs, locations, and services. Additionally, the site needed to effectively showcase their diverse offerings, including after-school care, summer camps, and birthday parties, to attract a broader audience.

I undertook a comprehensive redesign of the InCourage Martial Arts website, focusing on creating a visually appealing and intuitive user interface. The new design emphasized the organization’s core values and diverse programs, ensuring that visitors could easily navigate and find relevant information. I also integrated a robust content management system (CMS) to allow the InCourage team to update content effortlessly and maintain consistency across all pages.

UX analysis and UI redesign

The project began with an in-depth UX analysis to identify user pain points and areas for improvement. I conducted competitor research to understand industry standards and gather inspiration for the redesign. Based on these insights, I developed wireframes and prototypes in Figma, aligning the design with InCourage’s branding and mission. The focus was on creating a clean, modern aesthetic that conveyed professionalism and approachability.

Transitioning from design to development, I utilized Webflow to build the website, ensuring pixel-perfect implementation of the designs. The site was developed to be fully responsive, providing an optimal viewing experience across desktops, tablets, and mobile devices. I also implemented necessary integrations, such as contact forms and scheduling tools, to enhance functionality. SEO best practices were applied to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.

Zapier Automation

To streamline lead management, I implemented Zapier to connect Webflow forms with MyStudio CRM via webhooks, allowing MyStudio’s AI chat to automatically engage and follow up with new leads. Additionally, I used Zapier to route form submissions to specific InCourage location emails based on user selection, ensuring each location’s admin could promptly respond to potential clients. This automation has improved response times and optimized lead engagement across all InCourage locations.
